PROPOSALS

1. INDIVIDUAL TAXATION TRUSTS: WITHOLDING TAX TO STOP WARS

The withholding of tax can be done by setting up individual taxation trusts, whereby the four-page document DECLARING SOVEREIGNTY is filled out, the original is kept in a TRUST file, a promissory note or post dated cheque can be put into the trust file and kept by the APPOINTED trustee until the last day of the financial year pending confirmation by the government bodies that no money has been spent on wars in that financial year.

2. COMMUNITY CO-OPERATIVES: MAKE LOCAL DECISIONS ON SPENDING IN ENGLAND'S 650 CONSTITUENCIES

3. CRIMINAL PROSECUTIONS: to be brought against Bankers and Leaders using International Criminal Court Act 2001 in the UK's National Criminal Jurisdiction Court at the Old Bailey (CENTRAL CROWN COURT)

4. STOP ALL WARS: National, Regional & Local Cooperatives' action to stop all illegal wars, War Crimes, Crimes Against Humanity, Genocide, Aggression

Because the legal definition of the War Crime of "Aggression", within International Law, is between the militaries of different nations;

Because Article 51 of UN charter makes Self-defence, by Member States, against war crimes, as legal;

Because Article 25 OF ROME STATUTE gives individual criminal liability to Leaders of Member States, against all crimes in public office;

It can be argued that domestic laws must also protect their people, from the same leaders who commit International Crimes, if these Member States are to operate as a Democracy.

"Article 25: Individual criminal responsibility

1. The Court shall have jurisdiction over natural persons pursuant to this Statute.

2. A person who commits a crime within the jurisdiction of the Court shall be individually responsible and liable for punishment in accordance with this Statute.

3. In accordance with this Statute, a person shall be criminally responsible and liable for punishment for a crime within the jurisdiction of the Court if that person:

(a) Commits such a crime, whether as an individual, jointly with another or through another person, regardless of whether that other person is criminally responsible;

(b) Orders, solicits or induces the commission of such a crime which in fact occurs or is attempted;

(c) For the purpose of facilitating the commission of such a crime, aids, abets or otherwise assists in its commission or its attempted commission, including providing the means for its commission;"
